Ingleby Incline

On Easter Sunday me and my Dad went walking. Surprisingly it was actually still snowy up on the hills, despite it being very late March. Also despite it being sunny, it was bitterly cold up on the hills. However we still had a really good walk, because most of the drifts were at the sides of the path because walking in deep snow is fun for about a mile, before it becomes incredibly tiring and a short walk in deep snow can make you feel as if you've walked for an incredibly long walk after. although it is probably quiet good for you!

We walked along the Cleveland Way until we came to Ingleby Incline which is where a train used to go up and down the hill to provide the workers with their tools! luckily it wasn't icy as we had first thought that it might be and in fact it was really fun as there was a lot of untouched snow, and everyone likes that. Although i did get wet feet as the snow went above the tongue on my boot where all of the water goes in, which was quiet cold!

Here you can see Roseberry Topping in the distance and Captain Cooks Monument just as it is blending out into the sky!

This is an example of how cold it was up there!

The sky was really pretty here it was really Pink but it didn't come out on camera very well, this picture does not do it justice but i still felt i should but it in because you can see it a little bit, right on the horizon

The view down the Incline, as you can see there is a lot of untouched snow!

The view up the incline, i don't think i fancy walking up it!

Instagram snaps

Instagram is a really good app. I imagine that most people have it, or know about it. However if you dont know about it then it is an app that is a photo-editing social network app. It is basically really good! I really like it. So i though that I would share some of my snaps with you!

On The Train In the Snow in late February
As mentioned in the Bio of my Instagram, I mainly take Pictures of food! These are literally the coolest cookies ever, I bought these (and took this) when I was in bed with the flu and I think they got me better!
This was taken in late January about midnight whilst me and my Friend were waiting for our taxi home for an hour! We were rather chilly
As I say with a lot of my pictures - I really really love this picture. This was a 'its got bad lighting but im gonna try it anyway' kind of picture and it has come out really nice! Also this is in Richmond North Yorkshire off the bridge near the station and the Abbey.
This is some snow that we had in March, whilest I was at my Grans, luckily as I had the car and (after less then a month of passing my test) would have to drive to College in the Morning so I was happy that snow had melted!
This is the River Tees. Taken literally 5 minutes walk out of Barnard Castle - which is very pretty and if you get the chance to you should visit it!

After thinking, and actually writing this, I've realised how many pictures I actually take on Instagram, I am thinking about doing another one of these soonish. As I just really like it! I think I already have enough pictures to make an other next time I plug my phone into my Laptop!

Although there is a lot of pictures of food on my Instagram, sorry!
