The Warner Brothers Studio Tour

Before I went to this I was very worried that I would get all of the different set spoilt because I wanted it to be a surprise so If you were like me then you don't have to read on. Also due to the weather I haven't been able to go outside and take pretty pictures and I don't want to write posts just because I feel I have to so I thought I'd do one on this as Its a good break from revision.

On May 25th 2012 I visited the Harry Potter studio tour in Watford, London(ish) after loving all of the books and the films this was somewhere where I really wanted to go. So after my summer exams were over and I was still on study leave me and my Dad went. It was amazing and If you are a Harry Potter fan then this is certainly somewhere you should go! Although a word of warning the Butter Beer is the strangest thing I have ever drunk and I still can't decide If i like it eight months later.

Getting to walk around the set's was amazing you get a real grasp for how big this franchise still is! I was slightly worried at the start to whether or not it was going to ruin it for me, but in all honesty it really didn't! The amount of detail that was put into the set's and the costume's were amazing and there is so much there that wasn't picked up on the camera's. The great hall, for example, was particularly clever. It had an actual stone flag floor and behind the fire places were Hogwarts crests.

Trying to talk about something and not spoil it for people to go and see it themselves is almost impossible. Also giving it justice is so hard, there were so many people on and (mainly as there were more people off screen) off screen that put so much effort into that set of films and going round it really showed that off. If you are a fan of the Harry Potter films and books then go because it is worth it.
